Me and my boyfriend moved into a flat this week. Amy helped us through the whole process. She showed me around the flat, helped us with documents, and was always there for any questions we had. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and helpful, and gave us lots of advice and help that we really really appreciated as first time tenants. A lot of Lettings agents and agencies often seem a little disinterested or condescending, but Amy was so lovely and down-to-Earth, and she really looked after us.
