Notice to Vacate Form

Declaration*

I/We understand that failure to provide a forwarding address can result in a delay in the return of my/our deposit

I/We understand that a notice to vacate can only be accepted if I/we are no longer in my/our fixed term period OR the notice coincides with the end of my/our fixed term

I/We understand that it is my/our duty, as the outgoing tenant, to ensure the property is returned to the owner/agency in the same condition it was handed to me/us at the commencement of the tenancy. Failure to do so can result in costs incurred to me/us and deductions from my/our deposit. The inventory report and photographs from when I/we moved into the property are the primary documents used to compare the condition of the property on my/our departure

I/We understand that it is my/our responsibility to re-direct my/our mail after departure from the property as Cross Keys Estates do not provide a mail re-direction service

I/We understand that it is my/our responsibility to return all keys and/or fobs to Cross Keys Estates no later than the vacated date

I/We confirm that this applies to all tenants detailed above

Here at Cross Keys Estates we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your notice to vacate and to provide the services you have requested from us. Your information will not be passed to any other third parties without your consent or unless we are legally bound to do so.

For the purposes of your notice to vacate, all data entered in this form will be transmitted securely over https. The form will temporarily be stored in a secure area on our website before being transferred to our own secure internal network and removed from the temporary storage location, as soon as is practically possible. No data is transferred via email during this process.
