Deadline met! This was a relatively straightforward sale, with no chain, so it should have been easy! However, there was a tight timescale agreed for exchange and with solicitors on both sides booked for summer breaks, and enquiries still coming in at the last minute, at various stages it looked as if the deadline would be missed, and the sale would fall through.
