I selected this firm of agents due to the office proximity to the sale property and word of mouth recommendation fo.lowing their sale of the next door house. The property being sold was my late mother\'s and the office were very sensitive over the issue. There was excellent communication throughout especially as I was working overseas for a long period. Deadline met! This was a relatively straightforward sale, with no chain, so it should have been easy! However, there was a tight timescale agreed for exchange and with solicitors on both sides booked for summer breaks, and enquiries still coming in at the last minute, at various stages it looked as if the deadline would be missed, and the sale would fall through.
