Had a viewing today with a lovely lady named Lily. From booking the viewing until today Lily has been exceptional. She was very friendly, polite, professional and answered all the questions we had. A great service received today although the property was not for us this time.

When we decided to sell our small 2 bed terrace house in Stoke, Plymouth, we went through Cross Keys as they were local with good knowledge of the area and they were recommended to us by several people. We were not disappointed, we had 20 viewings organised within a few days and offers soon followed within the asking price range. The photos and description of the property were very good and definitely generated the interest needed.

When we were badly let down by our buyer some months later, Cross Keys were very quick off the mark and re advertised the property immediately, and once again we had plenty of positive interest and offers started flowing within a few days, so this difficult situation was resolved very quickly which gave us peace of mind. Both Jo Dawson-Lavender and Fiona Hardie at CrossKeys were instrumental with getting the sale back on track.

During the interim period we were kept up to date with progress and Cross Keys were always responsive, helpful and understanding, nothing was too much trouble. We recommend Cross Keys most highly.
